Processing speeds vary, but can take up to seven business days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. We offer returns or exchanges 14 days max after the customer receive the package.

Customers must send the package exactly how they received it in mint condition, then send us the receipt and tracking number of the shipment and we will issue a refund.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will issue a refund/exchange to a different size/model right after we will inspect the product and approve it.

Refunds are processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
After we receive from you the return shipping receipt + tracking number in it, We will issue a refund of the order value minus 5% processing fee.
Refunds takes about 7 business days to be processed by the credit card company, after that you will see the refund amount in your account.
The return or exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
