How do I join?
Create a DRAGONOY account, here or at checkout. That’s it: no fee, no card, and you can leave whenever you like.
Does the member price work with codes and sales?
It works on sale prices too. With a promo code, you get whichever saves you more: the member price or the code. Birthday gifts and gift cards always work alongside it.
When do points arrive, and when can I use them?
Points show as “on the way” while your order travels and are added once it’s delivered. At checkout, use them 100 at a time ($5 each). They can pay for shipping too.
When do I get my welcome points?
With your first order. Once it’s delivered, 150 points ($7.50) land in your account, ready for your second order. Your member price works from day one.
Do points expire?
Only if you don’t order for 12 months. Every order keeps all of them alive.
What happens with returns?
Points from a refunded amount are taken back. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded, any points you used on it come back to you.
How does the birthday gift work?
Add your birthday in My Account › Club. On the 1st of your birthday month we email you a $10 code to use that month. Add it at least 30 days before.
