How it works

2. Pack itToys must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Send it backWe’ll reply with the return address and next steps.
4. Refund or swapRefunds are issued within 3–5 business days of your return arriving.

🧩 Damaged or missing parts? Send us a photo — we’ll replace it or refund you, no need to send anything back first.
